Our beautiful Country style timber boards are not only for cutting on, but we also have a selection of designs that make lovely serving platters.

Forrest Red Gum.

All our boards are oiled with Vitis vinifera  (grape seed oil) it is perfect for oiling timber boards, it does not oxidise and will not go rancid like olive oil and vegetable oils.

CARE FOR YOUR BOARDS.
All timber boards can not swim, so don't drown them by submersing in water, or the biggest killer the dish washer. Just give them a scrub with warm soapy water let them dry and give a light oil and wipe over with kitchen paper before putting them away.
Don't worry about knife marks remember this is a working utensil, and if you want you can give it a light sand and re oil.
